2. Description of Service

Staxbridge is a technical recruitment platform that connects technical professionals with organisations seeking talent. The Platform provides reverse-recruitment services where professionals showcase their skills and recruiters discover qualified professionals.

Introductions and Contact Sharing

We facilitate introductions and share contact details only when you initiate or accept a connection. We do not monitor or control communications between users. Once a connection request is accepted and contact information is exchanged, all subsequent communications, arrangements, transactions, or outcomes are solely between the parties involved. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility or liability for any interactions or agreements that occur outside the Platform after contact details are shared.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Post false or misleading information
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Privacy and Data Protection

These emails are essential for the Platform's functionality and cannot be disabled while maintaining an active account. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may delete your account at any time through your account settings. By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to receiving these essential service communications.

6. Browser Storage

We do not use cookies. Our Platform uses browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to enhance your user experience and maintain your session.

We use sessionStorage to store authentication tokens and user session data, which are automatically cleared when you close your browser. We use localStorage to store your theme preferences and other settings that persist across sessions.

You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may require you to log in again and may reset your preferences.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Staxbridge and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Staxbridge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
